To activate Lipikaar, you must first create a registration file. If you have not created your registration file, follow the procedure given here – Register Lipikaar
Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an activation file(.LRC) from Lipikaar. Save the file on your Desktop. Please don’t change the file-name or its extension.
Next time you run Lipikaar, it will be activated.
